ABOUT 3D PLASTICS, INC.

Headquartered in Gladewater, Texas, 3D Plastics, Inc. is a leading custom manufacturer of blow molded and injection molded plastic products and components for a diverse group of customers operating in the following sectors: automotive, disposable drink ware, food/beverage packaging and electronics.

Privately-owned since its inception in 2001, the Company has produced quality products and provided exceptional service throughout its history. 3D initially offered blow molding, and then in 2004, customer demand prompted the addition of several injection presses. This service-oriented strategy has resulted in an extremely loyal customer base for the Company. 3D offers several secondary operations and full service tooling, including design, build, repair and maintenance.

FACILITY

Production Floor

· Constructed in 1998, 50,000 SF metal building accommodates production floor, tool room, mold maintenance, warehouse, and offices

· 24' Eave height

· Four bridge cranes (two 3-ton and two 2-ton)

· Three 10' x 12' padded dock doors in warehouse

· Air-conditioning throughout mold floor, tool room and offices

· Sprinkler system covering 100% of the building

· Electrical service is 1600 amps, 480 volts, 3 phase bus duct system

· 100-ton cooling tower with a 50-ton back-up unit and a 10-ton central chiller

· Easy access from Interstate 20

MANAGEMENT TEAM

One of 3D's strengths is the highly experienced management team. Upper management has worked together as a team for over 20 years and line supervisors for over 15 years. Prior to 3D most of the employees worked at Supreme Plastics, Inc. an injection molder and assembler with years of experience as a supplier to customers such as Compaq Computer, Microsoft, Texas Instruments and others.
